After a wonderful holiday at Duma Tua we arrived back in Maun before we went back to Gabs. We had some time so we went over to the restaurant across from the airport where we saw the mixed breed dog with the ridge. I saw this same dog when I went to the Kalahari. Sonja followed the dog into one of the shops and found out his name was Rich and he was famous in Maun. He obviously was part ridgeback, with the ridge and the sweet soulful eyes of a rr. He had rr character and we just loved him. He had a friend that followed him around, we fed them fries and the little dog was a shark! Rich was so sweet and well mannered. Maybe that was the other breed coming out, ha ha, he had a very soft mouth. The chicken then came around for some fries too, so funny.
